- Boxing - So, the Leisure Centre has evicted the boxing from their annex. Subsequently, some of the locks have been changed. For the time being, the leisure center believes that he's not going to go quietly, and so requests that the outside door is locked whilst we are indoors. This is just to keep him out.
- Safeguarding - Some time back the guy from the boxing was using the lady's toilets, but this hasn't been an issue since they started training in Winterton on a Friday night. Since being evicted, the boxing has "allegedly" reported to the police that they found a camera in the ladies' toilets. The police have had to follow up on these allegations. Some of you will have occasionally seen Jean and Brian come to see me occasionally. After every session that the Leisure Centre has been hired out, Jean goes in and cleans up, including the toilets and she's never seen anything suspicious in there. And so regardless of whether it was true or just false allegations, we are asking people who use the toilets to be vigilant and just have a look about before doing any business. We believe it to be false, but better safe than sorry. Just in case it's our responsibility to keep ourselves and each other safe.
- Holidays - I will be on my holiday so won't be coming in on the 7th of July and returning on the 14th of July. The club will remain open as usual, but Chris will be the key holder for the day I'm not there. Please work with him as you would me to keep the club running smoothly.
- Targets - Some of the target bosses are a bit shabby. As they wear out, I was discussing replacing them with large straw targets. This way we can put 2 target faces on each boss, meaning we can have 12 targets running at once, and so increasing our membership. I'm interested in knowing people's opinions on this.
